Stay Date: Sep 13-15_____check in and check out is smooth. lobby is a bit small but clean. elevators are fast. our floor has a sort of a living room. Out unit is huge and furnitures and bathroom design is modern. the tv on the living room cannot connect to the wifi. we asked for engineering but no one came. tv on the bedroom is working. utensils, plates, glasses are provided. thereā€™s a personal touch as they left a message with sweets. staff are friendly and courteous. breakfast spread has a lot of variants though the Filipino viands and garlic rice is a bit oily. there are salad and fruit options. we went to the roof deck bar and itā€™s great place to hang out. the pool area needs a bit cleaning. the water is too cold when we had a dip. for improvements? the reception can inform the us of all the facilities available and the operating hours, this is the usual line Iā€™ve experienced on other hotels. they also missed to inform us of the free breakfast. i have to go back to the reception to ask. they also did not inform us the we need to revalidate our key cards if we are checking in for more than a day as we cant use our key cards when we went out for lunch and returned. overall, I will recommend and will be coming back.
