這次是家庭旅遊，早在5月多就訂房（但沒想到跟網路照片差異甚大）以及信用卡付費，也取得住宿網的發票，但實際6/6到達時，住宿方一直說未收到住宿費用，我怎麼說，她都不理會，也說早信用卡扣款，也有說有發票，但她堅持要我再付費一次，讓我很火大，我付了，但我也立馬聯絡訂房網客服，在這之中，謝謝訂房網客服人員協調，雖然當下住宿網未聯繫到住宿方，但突然住宿方聯繫我的房間號說是另一位小姐用錯了，立馬刷退給我，然後只有一句不好意思，搞什麼，如在當下先確認好，不就不會是今天的局面，入住後，居然沒有汽車室內停車，是室外的，到底是哪門子汽旅，客房很大間沒錯，但空調無法調節，整晚吹頭部，我還有小小孩，床的位置跟冷氣位置不能變（因為中央空調好像壞掉、是用室內機的冷氣），吹了整晚吹頭部（只能抱緊小小孩）冷的要死、不吹又悶熱、不知到底怎辦、好不容易半睡半清醒直到天亮，去吃早餐，是簡單的稀飯（古早味）、烤三明治、蒸饅頭包子、飲品是咖啡需自己泡、不然就是白開水、其餘沒有、稀飯的配菜都是醬瓜居多、有荷包蛋跟一樣炒青菜，但都冷的，無加熱器。 總結：總之處理事情態度不佳，設施老舊，生意有差到無法做修繕環境嗎？早餐很古早味，出來住宿的好心情都差了，可能不會想再度光臨，以上為個人淺見。

房間有大蟑螂，房務提供殺蟲劑使用。 隔音效果不太行，聽得見戶外的聲音。 床單枕頭有破洞以及菸味。

客房雖是早期的裝潢，但西螺位處在中部地區，是往南往北的好地點！絕對會有停車位，因為地方空曠！這麼低的房價還附早餐全台灣屈指可數了！都會區旅店感受不到的鄉下人的真誠親切感⋯

沒整理乾淨 有上一個住戶落下的水跟垃圾 還有蜘蛛、蟑螂 床單床套好像沒換過 有點髒有灰塵

Comfortable and not expensive, it was a decent rest stop on our bicycle trip. There was nothing outstanding about the rooms, and I wasn’t happy with the cigarette ashes under the bed and the smoke smell in our ‘no smoking’ room. I would like to say that the reception staff were helpful and stored our bikes for us.
