"We stayed at Summit Ridge for one night on Saturday, Sept 5 (Room 802). The room was clean, spacious, with strong AC and a gorgeous view. Staff were friendly and quick to assist. Only hiccup: the door wasn't fully sealed, causing a draft that made a whistling sound. We called reception and the maintenance guy fixed it fast – super helpful guy – but unfortunately, we lost access to the outside balcony afterwards. It was a busy weekend and the hotel was fully booked, so we understood. Despite that, we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was the highlight – great selection and everything was tasty, but my personal favorite was the ube cheese pandesal. So good! Price was very reasonable at ₱5,000 (around £85 or $110 USD). Overall, a nice stay and we'd definitely return and recommend to friends."

We had an amazing stay. The staff we met in the hotel were very friendly and always smiling. The room is very spacious and has a wonderful view. The food is absolutely amazing, it's our favorite. Above all, what I really enjoyed is that they allowed pets, and everyone I met there loved my pets.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was great and enjoyable. I especially loved the view from the hotel and its convenient location, which were definitely some of the highlights of our stay. There were a few areas that could still be improved. The room service was quite slow at first, and I had to follow up several times regarding my request. Thankfully, the room service improved the following day. The ac unit also had a leak. It was attended to and supposedly fixed on the first day, but the leak was still present the next day. This made the floor slippery and a bit concerning. Another area that could be improved is the quality and cleanliness of the towels. The towels appeared gray rather than the usual clean white expected from a hotel, and the smell was not quite up to hotel standards. Despite these concerns, I still had a great overall stay. The beautiful view and the hotel's location really made the experience worthwhile. I enjoyed my stay and would still consider staying here again.

The location is super ganda. Malapit sa lahat. Our room is fine for family of 3. Needs improvement sa signal ng tv we cant even watch anything pero malakas un wifi nila so we just used our phone to watch movie. Aircon sakto lang di ganon kalakas or dahil malamig na sa Tagaytay. Super lapit sa lahat. Staffs are friendly at accomodating

This is really one of the most accessible hotel in Tagaytay, you can just literally walk to nearby establishments. We checked-in at 12MN since that was our wedding day, and they allowed us to late check-out until 2PM. Thanks, Summit! The view is so stunning from our room. However, no heater during our time, sadly.
