We had planned to stay for two nights but because our flights got cancelled we had to cut our stay to just one night. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pools and had so much fun. We got complimentary access to the inflatable obstacle course but it was so hard to get on it and even at 9am it was very hot to touch and was dry, making it hard to enjoy. The room was clean but the aircon took a long while to cool it down. We ordered room service for dinner and got the pork chao fan and lechon kawali - they advised both were good for 2-3 people depending on appetite. This was true for the pork chao fan (could even feed 5 or 6 people) but the lechon kawali was only a single serve in my opinion. The breakfast buffet was really good and part of the room (good for 2 pax). We would recommend for families as the kids will really enjoy the amenities and stay should be at least 2 nights to be able to experience all Solea has to offer.

we booked for a garden view and later upon check in the staff told us that the garden view room was not available due to renovation, fortunately they offer us or relocated us to another room located at 8th floor city view. We weren''t expected that, it is much better if klook can also update the costumers if the booked room available or not after booking, atleast an update will be given. Overall our stay there was fantastic and we enjoy alot!

We had a wonderful experience. The staff were so accomodating and friendly. Parts of the building needs maitenance though.

Front Desk officer and Staff should have considered offering us lower rates for about 5 hours of stay. Otherwise, they should have provided a waiting lounge other than the main reception area which is more conducive.

It was a great experience for us. The staff were very accommodating and kind. The room was clean. Standard amenities. The TV was not a smart TV but they had a good wifi signal. The food was okay. I can really see that the staff (from the cleaners to the managers) we're good in their job. Kudos!

We had fun staying at Solea Resort lalo na ang mga kids, its just that during our stay, madami sa water activities like Aqua Park, other pools and slides are hnder maintainance. So parang kulang yung experience, even the inflatable, malambot na sya kaya lalo mas mahirap mag play. Pero sa food and sa room, 5/5 sya sakin. Lalo na yung complimentary cake for my husband! appreciate you all Solea! Sana pag balik namin, ok na lahat. See you again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. It's not perfect, but definitely worth it for its price. One thing I love the most is the buffet setup. The room is spacious and good enough for a family of 3 or 4. The swimming pools are 4/5 for me due to the schedule. I hope they can open the pools earlier, like 7 or 8 a.m., because of the hot weather. You can check and see that guests disappear from the pool facilities from 10 a.m. onward. Another downside for me is the beach. It's not the best, as expected, but what I didn't expect was the cleanliness. I hope they can maintain it by picking up the plastics and trash. The staff are nice, though. One thing that let us down was the room being cleaned without notice, such as a text or call. We weren't in the room when it happened. Overall, it was still worth trying and one of our best hotel and resort experiences.

always the best idea to book at klook. solea is becoming a habit as well.

it was amazing, stuff were helpful and friendly the room was spacious and clean and has a beautiful view the pools are endless and so much fun !! Definitely good if you plan to have a getaway with your family and the breakfast was amazing !

very fast transaction and easy way for me
