Hopefully, the information that complimentary amenities such as bedroom slippers and toothbrush are upon request, is well posted during check in or dissiminated properly by the front dest officer. Our room was not properly checked if the complimentary water are enough for the number of persons.A bit disappointed that the airport transfer is not free considering that the resort is a bit pricey and rated 5 star.

A truly wonderful stay! The resort was so clean and the rooms are very spacious and spotless. I loved waking up to such a beautiful view of the sea — it’s absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and very helpful with everything we needed. What I also appreciated was how convenient it was — if you need a bus, there’s just a button outside your room that you can press. Super hassle-free! Highly recommend this place if you want a clean, relaxing, and comfortable beach getaway.

We enjoy our stay at the Plantation Bay! The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. They make sure our stay is very comfortable. They assist us with our needs and most importantly the view is instagrammable! will definitely go back again and will recommend this to our friends and relatives.

We had a great time during our stay. The staff were very accommodating and friendly—they even politely declined tips, which was impressive. One suggestion, however, is to inform guests about the restaurant rules during check-in, particularly the policy on keeping gadgets and mobile phones on silent mode. I was a bit surprised when I was approached and reminded after answering a phone call in the restaurant. That said, I appreciate and respect this rule, as it helps maintain a peaceful atmosphere and shows consideration for other guests. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

the place looks exactlythe same. unfortunately, there has been little to no upgrade.the facilities need updating. tips: if you are booking with 7 or more pax you need to preorder and prepay. for the toiletries there no available in the rooms as you need to request eveything. no bedroom slippers provided but they sell outdoor slippers. food is so so. can order outside but need to pay around 300 or 500 per order(?)

Had a great stay at Plantation Bay Resort! The place is beautiful and super relaxing, especially the huge lagoon pools. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good, and the overall vibe was peaceful—perfect for a quick getaway or family trip. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, excellent service, and a beautiful tropical setting👌🤞
