We had a pleasant stay at the resort. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, we would like to raise one concern during our arrival. It was raining when we reached the gate, and although we had already informed the lady guard that we had a reservation, she requested our details first before allowing us to enter. We hope this process can be improved to make the check-in experience more convenient for guests, especially during unfavorable weather conditions.

the service and staff are exceptional. genuinely helpful and happy people. the beach is muddy and not really swimmable but the offer free boat ride to sand bar. will definitely come back again, the water park is a big hit for kids and adults!

Our son really enjoyed the pool, but the area beside it needs renovation — it’s quite dangerous, especially for kids.
The Wi-Fi connection was also very weak during our stay.
On a positive note, kudos to the restaurant staff — they were very accommodating and attentive. Maasikaso sila and made us feel welcome.
