We had a pleasant stay at the resort. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, we would like to raise one concern during our arrival. It was raining when we reached the gate, and although we had already informed the lady guard that we had a reservation, she requested our details first before allowing us to enter. We hope this process can be improved to make the check-in experience more convenient for guests, especially during unfavorable weather conditions.

the service and staff are exceptional. genuinely helpful and happy people. the beach is muddy and not really swimmable but the offer free boat ride to sand bar. will definitely come back again, the water park is a big hit for kids and adults!

I had a great stay at Hue Hotels. The overall vibe was modern, clean, and very welcoming. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating—lahat mabilis kausap, from check-in to housekeeping.
The room was spacious and well-maintained, with thoughtful details that made the stay comfortable. Amenities were solid, and the common areas had that signature Hue aesthetic—colorful, stylish, and relaxing.
Location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby restaurants and spots. Breakfast and food options were good, and service was prompt.
Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely stay here again
