Hotel location: great location, besides Robinsons Mall. In front of Starbucks & Pancake house. Main Road. Service: 100/100! I request thru email if they can make a room surprise for our anniversary celebration, and they did it! All staffs are accommodating. Kudos to them! Breakfast: buffet. Every meal is served well. Overall: I really recommend this hotel.💯

great location. Staff is okay. receptionist is great. welcome drinks are good, breakfast buffet is good but can be better. I dislike that staff would knock everyday to ask if we wanna get our room cleaned. then when we actually needed cleaning, no one came up until we followed up at night. Also, one time someone knocked while I was in the bathroom and my boyfriend was watching TV. he didn't hear the knocks and I didn't bother telling him because I figured it's the staff asking us again if we want our room cleaned. to my surprise, I hear the sound of keycard being used followed by the sound of the door opening. I froze. their bathroom do not have locks. whoever it was, realized there are people there and closed the door fast. still unnerving. the bathroom... having no locks in our room both for the shower and the toilet is something but not having it in the 5th floor where the pool is is crazy. they gave us complimentary airport transfer which is good. overall good but can be better.

Location wise! near robinsons and restaurants and less than 10mins away from the airport though far away from beach. Staff are good, breakfast was good but nothing special. Still a very good accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hue Hotel Palawan! We booked the family room with breakfast and a tour package, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious every morning. The tour was well-organized, hassle-free, and definitely worth it. The staff were warm, accommodating, and always ready to help. The location is also convenient, making it easy to explore Puerto Princesa. Overall, everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Our family recently booked a van transfer from Port Barton to Puerto Princesa, and we had a very pleasant experience. The entire process was smooth, convenient, and well-organized from start to finish. The driver arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and ensured that everyone was comfortable throughout the journey. The van was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough to accommodate both passengers and luggage comfortably. Despite the long drive, the ride felt safe and relaxed. What we appreciated most was the driver’s careful driving and friendly attitude. He was respectful, helpful with our bags, and made the trip stress-free, allowing us to simply enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way. Traveling between Port Barton and Puerto Princesa can be a long journey, but this transfer service made it easy and comfortable for our family. We felt safe, well taken care of, and arrived at our destination without any issues.
