Sadly, we got locked out of our room and the receptionist counter couldn’t anything, although this is due to a technical issue. Got the technician down real quick but still have to wait for an hour before this is resolved. Overall good service and will surely return.

Hotel location: Above and beyond, can reach the town centre within 10 mins by walk.
Cleanliness: Very good
Service: Perfect, all staffs are helpful. The only issue during my was the expensive gym access.

Absolutely loved this stay, incredible staff, great value for money and the restaurant/ bar was fantastic!
The only small inconvenience was we stayed on a Friday night close to the hallway which was rather loud with people mingling in the foyer when the bar closed. Apart from that, it was perfect!
