First impression — cleanliness is on point. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. We were given a room on the highest floor facing the theme park, and were lucky enough to enjoy the Deepavali fireworks at night right from our room. The hotel is also very convenient, with easy access to the mall directly from the lobby. comfy bed and pillow. solid 4 star hotel. only

the hotel is conveniently located at the shopping mall and mrt station. lots of eateries and there's a supermarket below. service is good too. breakfast is a must. the wide variety suites all people and u will never goes wrong. highly recommended

Hotel is well maintained. Location is super convenient as sunway pyramid is directly connected to the hotel. There has a special entrance to the sunway lagoon that allows guest to return to hotel for changing/rest.

comfortable and clean. Breakfast is the best part, with many choices and good services. It's my second time staying in this hotel. My girl love the kids club! Many parking space, and free parking. We just need to validate our card everytime before going out. Overall, Im satisfied with it. Will come back again!

I accidentally booked the wrong date for our stay, but both Klook and the hotel were very accommodating and helped us rebook without any extra charge. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We truly had a great experience — the buffet breakfast, amenities, and service were all worth every penny! One of our best hotel stays so far. We’ll definitely come back again!
