The hotel is so conveniently connected to the shopping mall. It makes the trip so enjoyable especially for senior citizens who need intermittent rest during the day. We are able hop upstairs (to rest) and downstairs (to eat and shop) as many times as we wish. The mall houses everything you need from food to shopping to movies to KTV. Room is excellent despite the ongoing reno works. We slept the best ever. Would not book anywhere else the next time we visit KL. Highly recommend One World.

Have been staying in this hotel many times. No disappoinment so far. Excellent location and good environment. Good breakfast combination also. The only issue for this stay is I was asking for a charge cable, the hotline staff telling me with deposit of RM200! For a charge cable which I can get from DIY of RM5? Really don't understand this logic, it just like the guest asking to borrow an umbrella but no deposit needed. Lesson learned.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay here. The location is absolutely perfect because it connects directly to the shopping mall and MRT. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and check-in was fast. I would definitely stay here again!
