We stayed here before our departure to Hanoi via bus. The property is situated close to various amenities, shops, and dining options. The room is tidy and offers a pleasant atmosphere. It is equipped with an electric heater, a shower heater, and an air conditioner. What I truly appreciated the most was the staff, who were exceptionally accommodating, helpful, and friendly. No picture of the hotel though, only the scenery of Sapa. We just walked from the hotel to the lake and nearby shops.

hotel is clean very aesthetic, minimalist. the view in our room (mountain view) is priceless 🥰 staff are very nice too. with slight difficulty in communication with staff due to language barrier but they will try their best to accommodate concerns and inquiries :)

Best this about is the lobby!! 1. Location - sorrounded by a very nice family restaurant and bun cha restaurant in the corner, souvenir store right across and a pub just beside. 2. Cleanliness - the hotel smells nice throughout our stay, even the rooms! It was easy to feel relax and cozy in this place. 3. Lobby!! when we arrived early, we got to sleep in the lobby, fix our luggage and even use the restroom comfortably, and when we depart late,we got to leave our staff and still use the lobby after checking out. 4 Staff - super nice and accomodating, not the usual Viet people who rush everything.. There is an elevator, and the breakfast was also good, a bed heater was not expected but super loved it!

A really nice hotel to stay in Sapa, Vietnam. It has a really good view and the place is well-maintained. The staff are very kind. Thank you, Cat Cat Hills Resort and Spa!

transport access: near to the town proper

We arrived around 1 PM and they were kind enough to let us check-in even we are 1 hour early. We initially booked a standard twin room but they upgraded our room to a mountain view with balcony. The photos of the room is accurate as well. The location was perfect, there’s a shortcut going to the center, just several steps to the church and plaza. Everything was accessible. We will definitely book this hotel if we visit Sapa again.

the hotel is super nice. staff are very accomodating. superb view. hotel have a shuttle to and from the city proper. Walking distance going to fansipan. delicious breakfast. would really recommend this hotel.
