Hotel personnels are very accommodating and kind. If you will arrive at Sapa as early as 5am, they will let you use their spare room at the lower ground where you can rest, shower and leave your things then move along with your itinerary. Also, the best thing is the price of the room is very worth it as it has over looking of the mountain & views of sapa + with free Pho Breakfast!

Next time I visit Sapa, will come back to Azure. Clean room and friendly staff

I love the hotel. The room is great and very clean. It’s also very close to Fansipan and other tourist spots. Unfortunately, the elevator goes only up to the 7th floor. Our room was on the 10th floor so it was tiring to go up and down.

hotel is clean very aesthetic, minimalist. the view in our room (mountain view) is priceless 🥰 staff are very nice too. with slight difficulty in communication with staff due to language barrier but they will try their best to accommodate concerns and inquiries :)

We arrived around 1 PM and they were kind enough to let us check-in even we are 1 hour early. We initially booked a standard twin room but they upgraded our room to a mountain view with balcony. The photos of the room is accurate as well. The location was perfect, there’s a shortcut going to the center, just several steps to the church and plaza. Everything was accessible. We will definitely book this hotel if we visit Sapa again.

the hotel is super nice. staff are very accomodating. superb view. hotel have a shuttle to and from the city proper. Walking distance going to fansipan. delicious breakfast. would really recommend this hotel.
