The staffs are friendly and explained to us the facilities they can provide as best they can in English. Place is peaceful and quiet. Few Public Bath Onsens nearby if that is your thing

We had an amazing time, highly recommend! The staff were all super nice and went out of their way for us. We topped up extra to have dinner served in our room, which was great! We loved the private onsens, beautiful yukatas, and my daughter loved feeding the koi. They also kindly sent us to and from the train station upon arrival and departure. Overall, very very enjoyable stay

Location is super good, just few mins walk from JR station.
Rooms are tidy and clear with light mode selection: bright/warm/sleep, which is rare to see
Space is good enought to open 2 big suitcase in same time.
Hotel will prepare new towel package at room door even you didn't request for daily cleaning service.
Parking is just next to hotel with 1500-1100 free charge offer.
Providing KAO shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash and also free UCC coffee is definitely a bonus
