There are many packages to choose from, depending on your needs. I recommend booking 1-2 days in advance via Klook, as it will be cheaper. However, same-day use is not possible; you need to book at least 24 hours in advance. You can also book via email. The business opens at 10:00 AM. I had a 10:00 AM appointment, and at 9:50 AM, seeing the lights on inside, I went in early. After confirming my Klook voucher, they offered tea, a cold towel, and asked me to change my shoes. Then, they provided a tablet where I could specify areas needing extra attention (5 areas; I chose my lower back, neck, left and right calves, and back) and areas to avoid. The interface is in Chinese, which I found very thoughtful. After the massage, they offered a snack: mango sticky rice with a dropper of coconut milk, allowing you to adjust the sweetness to your liking.

The service was so good I fell asleep! The environment is also very clean. I'd love to go again next time, but it's a bit of a walk if there's a night market.
