Friendly and nice. Clean, especially thanks to Steve. Great for relaxing, and there's a shuttle bus to Sapa town. Recommended if you prefer relaxing to ethnic minority activities.

Loved the experience of staying in a cabin like room. It was very spacious and comfortable. The full height glass offers a wonderful view of the mountains and fog. On a clear and sunny day, we were able to see the mountains far in the distance. The breakfast provided was delicious too.
