Our stay at this hotel truly saved our trip. After an exhausting overnight bus ride to Sa Pa, we arrived at our original hotel only to find that our booking had been canceled. We were tired, stressed, and incredibly disappointed. Little did we know that this unexpected situation would lead us to discovering this hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. Their hospitality immediately turned our disappointment into a blessing in disguise. I had booked a garden-view room, but I asked if it would be possible to upgrade to a mountain-view room. After carefully checking availability, the receptionist happily accommodated our request, and we were so grateful. such a breathtaking panoramic view of Sa Pa’s city center—absolutely spectacular scenery it was unforgettable. This charming hotel easily became our favorite in Sa Pa. It’s cozy, homey, peaceful, and offers one of the most beautiful views. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in this hotel. It is conveniently located near the Sun Plaza and has plenty of shops and restos nearby. The room we booked gave us a nice view of Sapa. It was spacious and cleaned everyday. The bed might be stiff for others, but it was comfortable for us. They also had massage chairs and a shower room that guests who have not checked in yet or have already checked out could use while waiting for their sleeper bus. The staff were all kind and made our stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet was filling but could use more variety. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended!

We had a great stay here. They’re all so accommodating and answered all my queries well. Enjoyed the view every morning from our room balcony. And the room rates are cheap. I got the rooms for 3D2N for only 5kish. That’s for 6pax already.

This hostel seems to be simple, but offers stunning views of the mountain side. Going to the hostel is quite challenging since the road and/or the way is narrow. Nevertheless, the service provided by the staff is all good. Ms. Ngi (the staff) is approachable.

Overall experience of our stay at Sapa Garden Hotel is a 5 Star. The hotel is located right in the heart of Sapa — just a 2-3 minute walk to Sun Plaza, with lots of great restaurants, souvenir shops, and cafes nearby. Everything you need is within reach. The owner is incredibly nice and welcoming, and makes you feel at home. If you're a cat lover, this place is a real haven! The food quality and taste is the BEST, and the rooms are clean and cleaned regularly. It's a peaceful place to relax after a long day of trekking. If you're planning to visit Sapa and want a comfortable, central place to stay — you should definitely stay at Sapa Garden Hotel. Highly recommended!

location wise It was near every establishment. The manager was polite and very attentive to requests of guest. I would definitely recommend it. 👍

The place is good and relaxing. It did not disappoint us in getting the view and the sought after video of funicular passing to/from. That was the experience that we wanted. However, the aircon in the room that we had was not working well and when we were sleeping that night it was so hot. I am not an expert on that but I think it needs cleaning. All in all we had a good experience in the hotel. The staff are friendly and nice. The location of the hotel is walking distance to the Sun plaza and stone cathedral and other restaurants to try.

the place is very clean and the view is nice. the only problem is the location a bit hard to get to with luggages
