Our driver Mr. Thiết was warm, friendly, and very accommodating despite the language barrier. He answered all our questions and helped us with our luggages, and he also made sure we were checked in before he left. The vehicle was comfortable and we had a very smooth ride.

Shared van from Sapa to Hanoi. Pick up was comfortable & cheaper than booking the entire vehicle but still comfortable. I tried both so really depends on what your want.

Wonderful driver assigned for my limousine van transfer from Hanoi to Sapa! Mr Linh knows simple English, very friendly and safe driver. The transport company admin, Miss Duyen, WhatsApp me the driver name and vehicle number the night before. He arrived early. He told us how many stops along the way (two stops) and how many minutes at each stop. My group of 7 has a few elderly people and he was patient and helpful to hold them up and down the van and check the seat belts. Thank you again to Mr Linh!
