Things to do in Cheongnyangni-dong

We booked the Namsan Cable Car and N Seoul Tower Observatory on the same day and received our confirmation within minutes. Ticket pick-up was also easy, with clear instructions provided. There was a little queue for the elevator going to the cable car, but it was still tolerable. The N Seoul Tower Observatory was definitely worth it—we really appreciated the beautiful view of Seoul!

We had a great experience at Lumiere Perfume Making. It’s a lovely place with excellent staff. Our instructor, Mr. Rei, was very patient, attentive, and truly made the session enjoyable. Overall, the experience was fantastic—we were so happy with how our perfumes turned out that we even upgraded our package. Highly recommended!

Dongdaemun Sparex is the best! It's affordable, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is also incredibly easy to find. Dongdaemun Design Plaza is right across the street. You can easily find it by taking the elevator down to the third basement floor of the building. They don't provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or scrubbing towels, so it's a good idea to bring your own. If you forget, they sell them at the entrance, which is convenient. For women, mugwort steaming is highly recommended! It costs 2,000 yen. It feels incredibly good and makes you sweat a lot. After that, getting a body scrub is the best! On the fourth basement floor, there's also a food court, a jjimjilbang (Korean sauna), and a relaxation area where you can unwind. Going in the morning is recommended as it's less crowded.

Such a worthwhile experience! I had a skin test with the pharmacist, and she was so kind and thorough throughout the whole process. She carefully analyzed my skin and recommended products that were actually suitable for my skin type. I had so many questions because I’ve been concerned about my skin for a long time, but she patiently answered every single one. I finally got a better understanding of my skin and was able to clear up many of the concerns I had. If you’re visiting Korea, I definitely recommend giving this a try! The products in the store are also reasonably priced, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was such a pleasant and helpful experience. I’m really glad I stopped by!

We had such a great experience renting our hanboks here! The entire process did take a little while, but that was completely understandable since we had four people getting dressed, including a child, and it was also pretty busy when we visited. Everyone working there was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole experience. They also spoke English well enough that we had no trouble communicating, which made everything much easier. We absolutely loved wearing our hanboks and had such a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a hanbok while visiting Seoul! 🇰🇷

The place was really calm and peaceful while the teacher was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. There are many colorful pieces and using the different shapes made from abalone shell was really interesting.

The Sea Life Coex Aquarium is absolutely beautiful and very well‑maintained! I loved the creative displays and the incredible variety of fish and other sea creatures. Using the Klook voucher made the visit super easy, it worked like a charm. 😉

I had such a wonderful experience with my hanbok rental and photoshoot at Ehwa Studio! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. I absolutely loved the traditional royal hanbok, especially its beautiful navy blue color and intricate gold embroidery. It made me feel like Korean royalty! The photoshoot was equally amazing! The photographer was professional, patient, and knew exactly how to guide me with natural poses and find beautiful spots around Gyeongbokgung Palace. The photos turned out stunning, capturing both the beauty of the palace and the elegance of the hanbok. I especially loved how natural and vibrant the shots looked! This was definitely one of the highlights of my South Korea trip. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a memorable Korean cultural experience!
