Reviews
The workshop was a great experience! Lee/Li (I'm sorry, I'm not sure 😕) was really nice, great communication and knowledge. Definitely a must experience if you have some time to spare!
Lee was fantastic! He was incredibly helpful, personable and friendly. He gave us cultural history, local recommendations and was patient with us while we made our chopsticks. It is great for all ages, and a wonderful souvenir. He kept the conversation flowing, while also allowing us to enjoy each other as a family. I highly recommend him, and his new venture!!
Had a great time at this new little workshop in Insadong. It was easy to find, and Lee was very friendly upon arrival. We had a large selection of woods to choose from, and the process was very simple to follow with instructions in English. At the end, we could have the chopsticks stamped with any phrase, and sent off with them beautifully packaged! I would definitely bring family/friends to do this together.
We had a blast at this chopstick making workshop! The place is easy to find if you follow the directions in your booking, and the instructor couldn’t have been better. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the wood, and ensured that each of our chopsticks were perfect! This activity is a must.
Lee was absolutely awesome. He made she we understood what we were able to make out chopsticks by ourselves while keeping a close eye on us. I'd come back again
I had an amazing experience here! The entire process was so fun and easy. I honestly was the worst customer, I came in late and had to leave early for another class, but the instructor was so kind and understanding! I was able to come back and finish my chopsticks without hassle, he was so kind :) Would highly recommend!
I came here on a sunday morning and it was quiet which was quite nice. Lee was really helpful and really paid attention to you and your chopsticks! You can choose your own wood first and then he guides you through the whole proces and checks in from time to time, to see if you did well. He was also very chatty and we had some nice conversations. Also a nice plus is you can engrave and Lee can translate the words for you to english.
Lee was a great instructor. he made the whole process simple and easy to understand. it was a unique cultural experience and I get to take home a souvenir with great memories. definitely a great family friendly activity to do with friends or family!
We had a wonderful time crafting our own chopsticks! The process was easy and fun to do. Our instructor gave us a lot of tips and was very helpful. Depending on the type of wood you want, you can pay a little extra but the result is clearly worth it! We are very happy to bring this useful souvenir home. We recommend this experience at 100%!
Great experience and a prefect souvenir to bring home. Lee was really nice and helpful and I would recommend for anyone looking for something fun and today was a great escape from a hot day.
