Mr. Robert Hung, and his team are very accommodating, and on-time in everything, from pick-up, visiting sites, breaks, and drop off. I really appreciate that they gave us, thank you gifts, and foods. Their cruise is very clean, and luxurious for a price. It is my first time visiting this country, and had fun visiting Ha Long Bay. Ha Long Bay is very beautiful, and it has hundreds or thousands beautiful and unique rock formations. It was very worth it.

The trip was amazing. We had very nice experience, from the pick up to drop everything well organised. Guide Robert Hung very nice person he guided us for over all trip. The amount we are putting on this trip will worth of every penny.

I wasn't very good at English, but I was helped by the fact that all the staff were attentive to everything! The cave and the kindness of the staff are my best memories of Hanoi. I recommend it to Japanese people too~

The guide was fluent in Japanese, kind, and funny :) We were able to visit three famous tourist spots and also enjoy classic dishes such as pho, making it a very satisfying tour. The bus seats were very spacious, making the travel comfortable. I felt that participating in a Japanese-speaking tour like this company's is essential to fully enjoy a trip to Vietnam. This company, which provides a sufficient number of experienced guides, is truly recommended.

Although it rained today on our trip to Ha Long Bay, everyone had a great time thanks to our company COZY's guide, MINH. The scenery of the bay was beautiful, the buffet on the boat was delicious, and the drinks we paid for ourselves weren't expensive. I highly recommend this trip - it's great value for the price. The cruise ship is also new and luxurious, and the photos all look great. Thank you to today's guide!
