Safety: We felt completely at ease during the cruise! The food was served buffet-style, with some dishes cooked right in front of us, and we were confident in the hygiene standards. Facilities: It was a large, three-story cruise ship (though I'm not sure if this is always the case). However, it's definitely safer to complete check-in well in advance. (We arrived three hours early, checked in, and then enjoyed shopping at ICONSIAM). Experience: Since it was my birthday, there was a surprise cake! This was a complimentary perk, and it made for an unforgettable day! Also, be careful not to get too engrossed in the food and dinner show, or you might miss Wat Arun! Instructor: The staff were kind and attentive. Location: It's located along the river at ICONSIAM. *Please be careful not to wait for the boat at Pier 1. People boarding the same boat will have the same sticker, so be sure to check frequently.

We had a delightful experience aboard the Smile Riverside Dinner Cruise as a group of six, including three seniors, two adults, and one child. it’s a beautiful cruise, service is excellent. It is a much better experience if you would aiming for a more luxury choice, they serve you welcome drinks so you could hang sometime on the deck and went to thw lower deck, which was very grand in design for dinner, the server is excellent and welcoming. after the dinner they will ask you to upper deck and take photo for you, the whole experience is warm happy, I went there for my boyfriend birthday and he enjoyed very much too. unlike the other option they have a full 3-hours cruise and it’s enjoyable

What a wonderful evening. This trip came highly recommended whilst we were in Australia at the start of our holiday and how right they were. The staff were very attentive to every need, the food was excellent, the boat was amazing, the views were excellent, the onboard entertainment was fun, and it was a good price. Can highly recommend for anyone looking for an evening cruise in Bangkok.

This was my first time using the service. The weather was nice, but the sun was very strong and it was hot, so I recommend wearing a hat. The meeting time was 20 minutes before 5:00 PM, but the cruise didn't arrive until 5:00 PM, which made me think it was okay to be quite late. I booked the upper deck through Klook, which offered great views from the deck and included one drink, so I was happy with the value. There weren't too many or too few people, and as the reviews mentioned, it wasn't too noisy, allowing for a peaceful experience. It's best to lower your expectations for the food, but I enjoyed trying a variety of Thai dishes. The atmosphere was lovely. I went alone and had no issues. The only downside was the somewhat inconvenient access to Asiatique. However, with souvenir shops and a supermarket, it's a good spot to enjoy for half a day as a tourist destination.

Our Sawasdee Dinner Cruise was amazing. Great food choices, although did not see the beef steak available (advertised). nevertheless, total experience was really good.

i went here with my wife..they gave us a free cocktail..buffet dinner provided..it is a stationary cruise..the performers do dance on stage..my wife had a great time clicking pictures with male performers
