Things to do in Pamukkale

We had a great experience on the day tour. The service was punctual and well coordinated, and our guide was friendly, informative, and always happy to help. The lunch was also delicious and well arranged. The entire day went smoothly, with excellent support from start to finish. Definitely recommend!

Our guide Lisa was great! The drive is long from Kusadasi but worth it, and we had some stops for coffee, snacks and the restroom. We had enough time to see everything we wanted.

We had a great time - pickup was smooth, we had enough time to explore the sites ourselves and the tour guide is very informative and entertaining. 10/10. Highlight of our trip, thank you.

We were picked up near the hotel at 5:10 AM, and after a break, we had time to enjoy Hierapolis-Pamukkale from around 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Those who plan to do activities might find this time short, but for us, about two and a half hours was sufficient. Lunch is quite late, starting around 2:30 PM (though it's a very delicious buffet), so we recommend bringing some snacks. There is one bus transfer each way, but the journey was comfortable, and we're very glad we were able to visit Pamukkale at this time.

We really enjoyed this tour! Everything was well organized, and Miten was a wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable guide. We had a great time exploring Pamukkale. Highly recommended!

I was bit concerned about this tour agency as they haven't contacted us till 7pm on the previous day regarding pick up details. After that we tried to contact them and they confirmed the pick up time and told pick up will be from hotel. But next morning the driver contacted us as he could not see us in the pickup location which was 7 minute walk from the hotel. We had to rush to that point since the bus was waiting for us. All except this mis communication was good. We have provided 3 hours time in heiropolin for sight seeing. 3 hours wont be sufficient to cover the whole area and ancient city within the same premise. They halted for breakfast. The lunch was an awesome buffet.

Thanks to the travel agency's thoughtful arrangements, every part of the itinerary was well-planned. The guide in Ephesus was the most patient and professional throughout the trip, and deserves special praise. Pamukkale was beautiful, and the sea in Kusadasi was stunning – I'd love to visit again. The coastal waterfalls in Antalya were absolutely gorgeous, and Cappadocia's unique landscape was unforgettable. Our fellow travelers were also very nice. Looking forward to our next gathering! It was excellent from start to finish. Seeing the ancient Roman architecture and Pamukkale was truly beautiful. This tour was all-inclusive, so there was no need to pay extra for admission tickets or lunch. The lunch was a bit underwhelming and not very appealing. At the very beginning, they took us to a shopping area, which felt a bit like a tour group in mainland China, but overall, it was a good experience and worth going.

Convenience: It was easy to book, and using it was convenient too, as I just had to show the voucher code for immediate entry. Included Activities: It was great to experience a variety of activities, but I wish more passes were available for popular tourist areas like Cappadocia and Antalya. I used three passes: Basilica Cistern, Cappadocia Cave Dinner Show, and Pamukkale. If you choose the fast-track option for Basilica Cistern, you get in really quickly; the regular line was too long. Also, download the audio guide beforehand and listen to it at your accommodation. Even if you download it, once you're on-site, the data connection might drop midway, and it's too chaotic with so many tourists to concentrate anyway, haha. And the complimentary cruise was really good! However, for the unlimited drinks package, the seats are in the center, so you can't sit by the edge; those seats are reserved for people who booked with a meal. But I was satisfied because going downstairs to the first floor after the boat departed and standing outside was cooler, offered better views, and made for great photos.
