awesome experience. we felt very safe and the pilot and crew were very experienced. you will be informed the day before if the flight is going to take place. there is a non alcoholic champagne and cert presentation after landing. you have the option to purchase a 360 video that captured amazing views and angles. we went above the clouds so it was an amazing feel and the whole journey took around 45 mins. totally worth it and highly recommend. dress comfortably and warmly during winter and there is no toilet.

They picked us up from the hotel, and it's something worth experiencing once in your life. It's great.
I booked the sunrise flight, but overall, there were discrepancies between the instructions and the actual service, such as the pickup and flight times, which was disappointing. Since I was really looking forward to the sunrise, it was not a satisfying experience overall. If you want to take a hot air balloon ride in Pamukkale, I recommend booking through the hotel you are staying at rather than a booking website.
