Ghost Museum Penang tours

An absolutely wonderful city exploration. Even though it was very hot, Teacher Wu and the other guide led us along while explaining the history of Nanyang, how the early Chinese immigrants arrived here, and took us to visit the Peranakan Museum, Little India, and more. It was extremely enriching. We also got to experience Indian cuisine, haha! The explanations were very detailed and responsible, and we learned all about the history.

We had a wonderful experience on this heritage tour. The itinerary included Leong San Tong Khoo Kongsi, Hock Teik Cheng Sin Temple, Pinang Peranakan Mansion, and Chew Jetty, giving us a great introduction to George Town's rich history and culture. Our guide, Teh, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and shared fascinating stories about each site, especially the Pinang Peranakan Mansion, where we learned so much about the lifestyle and culture of wealthy Peranakan families during the late 1800s and early 1900s. His storytelling made the history come alive. He also went the extra mile by providing bottled water for everyone, and when it started raining, he immediately handed out umbrellas so we could continue the tour comfortably. If you're visiting Penang and want to gain a deeper appreciation of its heritage, I highly recommend this tour—and if you're lucky enough to have Teh as your guide, you're in for an informative and enjoyable experience.

Book it! The guide was amazing at explaining the history of the Penang hill, the difference in Buddhist practices, local culture and temples history. I would have not appreciated the location as deeply without this explanation. definitely worth it.

We went for the sunrise tour but came back having an amazing experience. Our guide Gooi was very friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. We explored Penang Hill, local markets, and ended the tour visiting Kek Lok Si. I would personally recommended this tour to everyone, it might be a little too early for some people but definitely worth it.

She is cool and knowledgeable, explained about each spot very well. It's a walking tour covering all the important landmarks of the town highlighting the importance of each iconic buildings. It was more like a chit chat session with history, she is super friendly. Worth booking and I highly recommend
