The whole day's journey went very smoothly. These places are quite convenient for friends who don’t rent a car. I was particularly impressed by the Kan Yasuda Art Museum, which is not large but worth a visit. The tour guide on that day was also very careful and attentive in explaining the various attractions to everyone, reminding everyone of the things to pay attention to, etc. He also shared many stories so that everyone could better understand Hokkaido.

I had a fantastic experience on the Furano and Biei day tour from Sapporo, booked through Klook. Although the drive from Sapporo to the attractions was a bit long, the small group format made the atmosphere very relaxed. The tour guide was attentive to every traveler, avoiding the rushed feeling often associated with larger tour groups. The itinerary included classic attractions such as Ningle Terrace, Shirogane Blue Pond, Shirahige Falls, and the Christmas Tree of Biei. There was ample time at each location for photos and sightseeing. What was particularly commendable was the guide's commentary during the drive, sharing insights into Hokkaido's history and the stories behind the attractions. They provided explanations in both Chinese and English, ensuring that travelers from different countries could understand the background of each site. The entire journey was not just about seeing the sights, but also about learning more about Hokkaido's culture and origins. Overall, the itinerary was well-planned, the guide was professional, and the attractions were definitely worth seeing. If you're visiting Hokkaido for the first time and want to explore Furano and Biei at a relaxed pace, I highly recommend this day tour.

Very satisfied with this tour. Our tour guide is Zoe, very helpful. The snowmobile is mandatory and have not cover from the tour fee, so you need to bring some cash. In night most the shop in Ninggle terrace is close, so for the one who want to buy some souvenir need pick earlier hour.

While it wasn’t the optimal season and weather, the tour was good. The sights were pretty and the tour departed and arrived on time.

I joined the Hokkaido Biei Winter Blue Pond & Shirahige Falls Light-Up Day Trip on 11 Feb, and it was such a memorable experience! Our tour guide, Habi, was fantastic — very friendly, informative, and impressively fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. He made the entire trip smooth and enjoyable. We started with lunch before heading to Ningle Terrace. The walk from the bus was only about 10 minutes, but the thick snow made it quite challenging — still, the scenery was absolutely worth it. Next, we visited Takushinkan, followed by the Shirahige Falls. The final stop, the beautifully illuminated Shirogane Blue Pond, was truly breathtaking in winter. We returned to Sapporo Station and the whole tour felt well-paced and well-organised. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommended!
