Asakusa tours

Danny was great, the tour was as advertised, self guided and we got some great cherry blossom shots. I do wish we spent more time at Ueno park vs the last 2 stops as there seemed to be more to do there. I do feel like the cost was a bit high for what it was. We did get lunch added but otherwise we were essentially just paying for transportation to the parks, which you might be better off just taking the train to visit if you want to save money. It was $50 less for the trip I bought through the same company to drive us 2.5 hours away to Mt. Fuji.

the tour was a great experience. not only was I able to learn about the history of the temple being created but also how it still holds relevance for so many in Japan today. Yuuka was welcoming and inviting from hello. She had great recommendations for all the shops and it did not disappoint. I thought it would be a tour only but I was able to get souvenirs and must try food options. Yuuka always checked in on and really took intention to ensure I was having the best experience.

Recommended! I had a family of 7 joined the private tour to Fuji. Driver Mr Liang was friendly and helpful with recommending the routes and timing for us to make best use of the hours we had. The charges were reasonable too and service quality was worthy. Definitely will repeat joining again in the future!

We had a great experience with our driver service. Our driver, Mochizuki, was prompt, punctual, friendly, and very professional. He communicated clearly and made everything easy for our family of nine. We really enjoyed our time in Kamakura without any stress. Highly recommend this service and would definitely use it again.

Friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. Great for first day in Tokyo to get the lay of the land and see some of the sites as well.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience, all thanks to Cris. She is incredibly smart, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly went above and beyond for us. Cris thoughtfully guided us through Kaminarimon, Nakamise Shopping Street, Senso-ji Temple, Hoppy Street, Kappabashi Kitchenware Town, and Ueno Park, sharing rich history and culture in a way that was easy to understand, engaging, and never rushed. She was so kind and very patient, making sure we fully enjoyed and appreciated every stop. What impressed us even more was that after the tour ended, Cris generously helped us navigate other areas we wanted to explore, including Ginza and shopping spots, something we truly appreciated and did not expect at all. She is a genuinely wonderful person and an exceptional tour guide. We will definitely recommend her to anyone visiting Japan and will absolutely contact her again on our next trip. Akiko is a wonderful guide and person!! She showed us the famous spots of Tokyo but also small undervisited neighborhoods that were beautiful. Her English was excellent and she was patient and adaptable. recommend 100%

Isao Kiki-san is a very good tour guide-very thorough, respectable, funny too and very informative, can speak both English, Japanese even Chinese I think. high recommended. we did not leave Asakusa anymore after last stop. so many nice things to do there.
