The hotel is beautiful and has complete amenities. The staff are also very kind and accommodating.

Our stay was amazing. The room was cozy clean and the facilities were all functioning. They offer free mineral water at the lobbies and you can also use their microwave for free. Personnels were courteous as well. It is near McDonald's (walking distance only) and other establishments. cleanliness: 10/10 transport access: 9/10 hotel location: 10/10

The place was great! It has balcony and a pool view. The staff are all friendly and the elevators were working! Definitely will come back!

the rooms are bit old, but they are well equipped with your basic need toiletries, towels, tv refrigerator and even microwave. the staff is accommodating the check in and storage of luggage’s is fast, the location is near mall of Asia 9mins walk, jollibee is just beside the hotel and there’s also convient store like 711, WiFi also is working well, and the pool is good they even provide towel and also they have jacuzzi thank you 😊

the staff were friendly. it's a good place for transient travellers who aren't staying too long and for those who have flights since it's near the airport.

It's great if you need a staycation and are going to a concert. Good for its price, and the host is reachable and responsive. Thank youuuuu 🤍

The place is a bit loud and crowded for our liking. We also think the resto food is not good. Facilities are a bit outdated too and we dont like the communal setup at the resto. But what we like is the customer service. All of the staff is helpful and friendly. At one point my daughter lost her mini plushie and we informed the reception about it and they took all the effort to look for it. They succeeded & found it wrapped around the bedsheet when we asked for room service. They made my daughter happy! Customer service is exceptional!
