Overall, the experience is great. Booking with the tour operator is seamless and responsive to our inquiries. The tour guide, Mr. Solon Wong is very professional. Very kind and knowledgable about Guangzhou. Plus he takes photos very well. Kudos! Definitely recommendable!

Shortly after arrival, I booked an upgrade, which went smoothly. There were a lot of people there, but it only resulted in wait times at the bubble lift. Weather conditions were very great, so you could take nice pictures.

You take the elevator from the main street to the 3A floor. I couldn't find the elevator entrance and ended up walking around the entire building. Since there are no tenants on the first or second floors, it felt like an abandoned building. However, the staff's service was excellent! The food was also superb! I enjoyed some of the best dishes in Guangzhou. The massage therapist was also very good. I had therapist #888, and they were very kind and excellent. The reception and restaurant staff also diligently used translation apps to assist us. I would like to go again.

An aquarium in a mall, very convenient. Just few minutes away from my hotel. The mermaid show is worth it. I love the artic section where I get to see my favorite penguin and also my 2st time seeing white artic wolf and fox.

recommended if you want to see all the touristy area but be aware that not all buses have English audio, staff are helpful will assist as much as they can. they pick up every 30mins for every location.

It was truly a relaxing experience and well-worth the amount paid. Although it is not located on the main road, it wasn't that hard to find and the staff was super attentive.

Absolutely loved this experience! Everyone was so friendly and made the whole process really enjoyable. I loved the outfit, makeup and final photos. Such a beautiful experince and definitely one of my favourite memories from my trip. This is our third year using Klook to customize our trips, and every year has exceeded our expectations. This year, our Guangzhou tour guide, Xu Zhen, was incredibly thoughtful and communicative. After a full day at Chimelong Safari Park, she worried we might be hungry and bought us pastries. She also prepared delicious food for us when we were rushing to catch our train and didn't have time for breakfast. We will definitely use Klook again next year to plan our itinerary because it makes everything so hassle-free.

Good massage; if your body got problems is better to book 90min. 60 min was short.
