we had Mr. Raymond Lo as our guide and he was incredible. he spoke great Cantonese/Mandarin/ and to his humbleness his English pronunciation was also great. The company communicated with me very promptly within 24 hours of me booking this excursion. worked with me to create a tailor made itinerary and we got to see SO much with the private tour option. Mr. Raymond was prompt with his driver arriving at my hotel. he kindly waited until my family finished breakfast before embarking on our tour. he was so knowledgeable about every location & history, took us to places that wasn't as crowded. he was very accommodating to my mother in law. he was considerate and always suggest we use restroom. he recommended great local eats and classic desserts hall along the way. we saw a street stall and he was kind enough to wait for us to get our food. at the final destination, Raymond even walked us to our dinner location, so we don't get lost. he has gone above and beyond for us and I am so greatful!

A full day with an experienced private driver. Mr Wu was waiting for us at the hotel lobby early on time to take us around to see the highlights of Guangzhou. He is courteous, polite and prompt in fetching us after each destination. He knows the places and gives us introduction what to expect at each destination. We're also told if we're over 65 with proof of IDs we get concessionary or free entry to the tourist destinations. We enjoyed the Baiyun gardens as there's so much to see. Unfortunately the cable car ride was being serviced so can't go into the mountains. The other places of interests we went were Samien Island to see the colonial buildings and went in the White swan hotel to see a small lovely garden in there. Other highlights we went to see are the large buddhist temple and Dr Sun's memorial. A well planned itinery which had saved us a lot of time. We were also recommended where to have a local yam cha, ie to have Dim sum. The food is delicious. Recommended!

Hi, we booked the Guangzhou private chartered tour on 30/1/2026. Our driver was Mr Rong, from China Memory Trip Travel Service Co. He was a very good driver, who showed us all the amazing places in Guangzhou while also explained to us their history. He also took the time to bring us to have lunch at a Halal restaurant and sent us to Haoisheng Mosque afterward. We are really satisfied with his service. 👍😊

Tina has been very professional and accomodating to our requests. She is able to advise and plan the schedule despite the wet weather. In addition, she is knowledgeable and does a great job in explaining the history and significant events that happened at each tourist site. I will strongly recommend her to be your guide in Guangzhou
