The Mount Fuji view is wonderful, and breakfast is clean and tidy. Perhaps because it's not widely known yet, it was quiet and very clean, which was great. The Mount Fuji view from the rooftop of the accommodation is truly magnificent, excellent!

Absolutely loved the place. It's magical to open your eyes and see the mount Fuji right aout of your window.

The location is very central, offering views of Mount Fuji. Although a part of it is obstructed in this area, it actually makes it quite unique. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were all polite and thoughtful. I had to catch the early 9:16 Fuji View sightseeing train the next day, and the hotel specially arranged a private car to depart at 8:45 AM to take me to Kawaguchiko Station. I stayed in the room on the far right facing the hotel, so my view was more obstructed, but when I saw Mount Fuji, I could quickly rush downstairs to the lakeside to take photos!

this is well and TRUELY a must stay. if I were to recommend anything, it’s booking this hotel - the staff are unbelievably kind, the hotel is equipped with everything you need during a stay, and the location is PRIME - right next to Mt. Fuji station. We booked this hotel blind, and to say it exceeded our expectations is an understatement. There’s so much thought and attention to detail put into this hotel, artwork, pieces on history, textile information. Not to mention its brand new! We had direct mt Fuji views right from the hotel room and also from the rooftop deck!! My husband and I loved it to much we booked another night that same day. I honestly cant speak highly enough of this hotel. Thank you to the manager and the lovely staff at the hotel, it was truely a pleasure! You’ve made our stay worth forever remembering :)

clean and spacious. love staying here. relaxing. with onsite onsen. infront of fuji q highland. bus stop is just in front of the hotel. good buffet lunch.

This was a wonderful place to slow down and enjoy the scenery! This hotel offers a traditional style buffet, public and private onsens, and areas for the kids and Otaku/manga lovers. We got the room with the private hot tub/onsen and it was well worth the cost! While there is no direct view of Mt. Fuji, you can get great views in town. There is a traditional tea house around the corner with a bento box and staff that speak english very well. Make an inquiry on their website to make a reservation as seating and availability may be limited. I am not a vegan, but this bento and red bean dango are something I would go back for. Areas close by for viewing (about an hours drive) are the Falls and the black egg. We went in the off season (early/mid June) and I was afraid we'd not get to see Mt. Fuji because of the rain. We were SUPER lucky and were able to see it on our way out of town. Within 20 minutes of us driving around it to the falls, it was obscured by clouds.

If you're visiting Fuji-Q Highland, the location is excellent as there's a hotel right within the facility. The staff, including foreign employees, were all very polite, and the restaurant service was also good. Above all, the view of Mount Fuji from the rooms and restaurant was incredibly beautiful, and I felt that alone made the stay worthwhile. The building feels a bit old, but it is clean.
