Linda was kind and down to business, she made it clear what times to get back on the bus so we would not miss it. Good hiking at the last stop where the Pagoda is. The lunch ranged from 2000-3500 yen, but coffee/soft drinks/refills were free.

Highly recommending this trip to whoever is planning to go to Takayama and Shirakawa-go. Our tour guide Ms. Amy has been helpful and she shared some tips / insights during the trip. Everything went smoothly as planned in the itinerary including the departure and arrivals times despite the drizzling weather. Thanks as well to our driver Mr. Naganawa

We joined the Mt. Fuji 5th Station tour and had a wonderful experience. ✅ Hotel Pick-up – This was a big plus for us, especially since we were traveling with a toddler. It made the start of our trip stress-free and convenient. ✅ Itinerary – We followed the tour package’s schedule, and everything was well-paced. It was easy to enjoy the stops without feeling rushed. ✅ Van Service – The private van for 9 people was very comfortable, spacious, and perfect for families or small groups. ✅ Driver/Guide – Our driver was not only professional but also knowledgeable. He shared helpful insights and made sure the ride was smooth throughout the day. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable tour—comfortable, family-friendly, and well-organized. I’d definitely recommend this for families (especially with young kids) or groups who want a convenient way to explore Mt. Fuji without the hassle of public transportation

We had a great and enjoyable experience with this tour. Pros: Since we were a small group, our guide Takahashi was very hands-on and attentive. We were able to cover all the places listed in the itinerary. We also got this for a more affordable proce compared to others. Cons: The time spent at each spot felt a little short, but this is understandable given the long travel time between locations. Overall: I would recommend this tour if you want to visit all three spots in one day without the stress of figuring out transportation on your own.

Nice trip, great tour guide No.6! You don’t need to get up early in the morning, the meeting point is right in front of Liumao Department Store, and it’s easy to find. Our group's tour guide was Ms. No. 6, a very professional and experienced tour guide. Her explanations were interesting and informative, and she also gave us plenty of reminders about the itinerary. The only thing was that her English was not very good, but because the tour guide had a very good attitude, my group members and I were very willing to help with translation. The tour guide slightly adjusted the duration of the scenic spot stay according to the traffic conditions. We stayed in the Churaumi Aquarium for about 3 hours and 20 minutes. After getting off the bus, we followed the suggestion to buy Agu Pork Burgers for lunch and watch the dolphin show. Then we went to the manatee house and aquarium. There were many people in the aquarium, and it took us just an hour and a half to finish the show. However, there were too many people and we didn't have time to buy any merchandise (but there are also specialty stores around the aquarium on Kokusai-dori). We stayed in the American Village for a very short time in the afternoon, and the restricted parking space was quite far away. After using the restroom at Aeon, we didn't have much time to go around. We could only take a rough walk around. However, we were not very interested in the American Village anyway, so we thought it was okay. The day we participated was a weekday, and there was no traffic jam. We only stopped at Manzamo for 10 minutes, but it took us 7 o'clock to arrive at Ryukyu Department Store. If we planned to go to Makishi Market for dinner, we would not be able to buy ingredients before closing. If there is traffic jam on holidays, the arrival time would probably be even later. Overall, I highly recommend this tour. Three hours is just enough to visit the aquarium. Other tours are shorter and may not provide enough time to watch the dolphin show and exhibitions.

We had an amazing experience on our Kyoto and Nara day tour! The itinerary was simple and allowed us to focus on the sights we really wanted to see. A special shoutout to our tour guide, Sophia, who made the day truly memorable. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, providing excellent service in helping us experience wearing a kimono and walking around in it comfortably. Her guidance made navigating both cities easy and enjoyable. The tour allowed us to experience the beauty of Kyoto’s temples and the charm of Nara’s parks, including the famous deer. Overall, it was a smooth, informative, and fun day — highly recommend this tour, especially if you want a knowledgeable and friendly guide like Sophia!🫶🏽

This Klook tour to Lake Toya, Noboribetsu Jigokudani, and the Bear Farm was incredible! The guide was fantastic, making the journey smooth and engaging. Lake Toya offered stunning volcanic lake views, so serene. Noboribetsu's Hell Valley was a fascinating, steaming landscape with raw geothermal power. Truly unique! But the highlight? The Bear Farm! Seeing bears for the very first time was an absolute joy! They were so playful and captivating. It was an unforgettable experience to witness these magnificent creatures up close. This well-organized tour was a perfect blend of natural wonders and wildlife. Highly recommend it for an exciting Hokkaido adventure!

I applied for this tour with my 3rd-grade child! We are Korean, and the tour bus that arrives is a small bus (only small buses are allowed to enter the volcano). The tour consisted of a Korean team + a Chinese team, so the guide explained in both Chinese and Korean! Although they were not fluent in Korean, they did their best to explain and take pictures, so my daughter and I made good memories! If you want to do the horseback riding experience, be sure to do it before 12 PM, and if you want to go to the volcano museum during lunchtime, you have to go individually! The hot spring town has a free foot bath and the ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) there is so famous that it was selected as one of Japan's 100 best hot springs! I enjoyed the open-air hot spring! (If you want to enjoy the hot springs, I recommend searching in advance to see which ryokan in the hot spring town you want to visit!) If you walk to the end of the hot spring town, there are many more beautiful photo spots, but it's a downhill walk, so walking back uphill to the bus stop can feel a bit far! If you're confused about the way back, search for the parking lot on Google Maps and move that way! I really had a precious and unforgettable experience with my child!
