We had a wonderful stay here. All in all it is kid friendly, all the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is clean, complete and had the luxury feels yet still homey. The pool is very kid friendly and the pool staff are all nice too. The food in breakfast buffet are all delicious.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel H2O. I’m glad to see that the issues mentioned in previous negative reviews have already been resolved. Honestly, I was a bit worried at first because of what I read on social media, but all my doubts disappeared once we arrived. We had such a wonderful experience — the receptionists were very kind and helpful, and they even provided a crib for our baby. The room was neat and clean, and overall, it was a perfect stay. 💯

An absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! The hotel is beautiful, the room was spotless and comfortable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, genuine smiles and a seamless check-in process. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Highly recommend!

We booked this hotel same day because we wanted to take a break from busy lives and it did not disappoint! We had a great stay indeed! Everything was so perfect for a cheaper price 👌

The Lobby is spacious, the room was quite old but it's clean no mushy smell. We had the King Deluxe room. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet has builtin bidet. The rooms was too cold even though the AC was an old model, even we turned it off it was still kinda cold. The breakfast buffet was solid lots of options to choose from. Our kid is not included and had to pay extra Php299 each. Pool is also good so-so. Overall it was an amazing experience with just only Php2583 a night it's worth it.

very nice place to stay in manila. except for insects (little cockroach??) crawling around. nevertheless, its clean and affordable.
