Convenient travel, excellent service, and close to food options.

Thoroughly enjoyed this stay. The level of service is exceptional, with free transport to/fro to Kawaguchiko station so there is no need to worry. The main point for booking is for unblocked views of Fuji from the accommodation. Best fuji view that overlooks the lake. Arrived in the afternoon and was able to witness both sunset, and sunrise the next morning. Very quiet and private to enjoy the view. The room is upkeep very well, with amenities all fully stocked, making it a very pleasurable stay.

The hotel is located right on the northern side of Mount Fuji, with a front-row view of the lake. Our family of five booked two rooms, and we were seated in a private room for dinner to eat Kaiseki cuisine. Walking out to the lakeside at six in the morning to take pictures of the inverted Fuji was just too beautiful (actually, you can see it from the rooms as well). Breakfast was a buffet, a great experience, just a bit pricey. 😊

There's plenty of parking. A well-prepared breakfast and a walk after the morning hot springs...it was perfect. It was a shame about the old facilities and a lot of dust, but I think I was satisfied in my own way.

The Kaiseki cuisine was more delicious than I imagined. Enjoying Mount Fuji from the public foot bath was truly wonderful. After eating the Kaiseki meal in the room, someone even made the bed for us. Our luggage was taken care of the entire time. You just can't get this level of service, beautiful scenery, and delicious food for this price in Taiwan.

A wonderful experience, enjoying Japanese cuisine in the room and viewing Mount Fuji from the room. You can add a private onsen (3000 yen/50 min). Although it costs extra, it's worth it. Highly recommended! ☺️

awesome! 5.0! the place is super amazing. the host is wonderful. she had some really good collectibles at her desk. book the larger villa for Mt Fuji balcony view. one downside is it’s a bit far from the lake and further from the restaurants or convenience stores. but still it was fun to walk the Kawaguchiko lanes at night in cold. definitely staying here next time we visit Mt Fuji.
