superb location easily accessible to shops / cafe at Gaya street. A less than 10 minute drive to Likas bay to view the sunrise is a must do if you want good memories of Sabah, followed by breakfast at coffeeshop serving local delights. Thankful to hotel for allowing late checkout on Sunday.

The room was comfortable, and while the facilities looked dated, they were well-maintained. Overall, it was clean, though the carpet was inevitably a bit dirty and the drain was slow. The room was on the smaller side but well-equipped, sufficiently dark, and quiet. The elevator had an interesting feature where you could turn the lights and fan on and off. The value for money wasn't great, but it was a unique experience to stay in a historic building.

This hotel is located near Gaya Street Night Market, making it very convenient to go out and stroll around the night market! There's also a breakfast buffet available!

The hotel exterior is decent after remodeling, but the interior is aging and slightly inconvenient. The hotel and breakfast offer excellent value for money.

hotel is new so no complaints. hotel provides complimentary parking easily entry and exit. breakfast was ok with limited choice.
