Booking tickets through KLOOK is convenient, and the terms are clear. You can purchase them up to two weeks in advance, and you can also add money to purchase a refund service if the activity cannot be carried out due to weather or other factors, ensuring proper itinerary arrangements. On the day of our visit, the open-air floors were closed due to the hot weather (34 degrees Celsius), and there was a chance of rain in the evening, so only the 45th-floor indoor observatory was open. The staff explained to each visitor that if they wanted to cancel, a refund could be arranged immediately. The tourism service in Japan is really good! But we entered on time, and as it approached dusk and the temperature dropped slightly, the staff arranged to open the 46th-floor open-air observatory. All the tourists who had been waiting for a long time were overjoyed! After dropping off our luggage, we enjoyed about an hour of sightseeing. There was a slight breeze, which was very enjoyable. We thought we could wait for the sunset and night view, but suddenly the staff arranged for all tourists to leave the open-air observatory due to a thunderstorm warning. Returning indoors, we waited until nightfall, took in the full night view of Tokyo, Japan, and then went to enjoy dinner! It was a rare experience to be able to stay at the observatory for about half a day and see both the day and night views!
