Nice hotel in downtown KK. The room is modern and the bed is very soft and comfortable. I had a great stay in this hotel.

I had a great experience with the front counter staff—very friendly and professional. They were kind enough to help arrange an early breakfast pack for my travel schedule, which I really appreciated. Excellent service and thoughtful support!

The quality of the hotel is very good, because the area above the hotel is where planes land, and the main road is in front of it. It is true that the noise is loud as mentioned on the Internet, but it can only be heard from the bay window. The bed is far away from the glass area, so there is basically no noise in the bed. Sleep disturbed by noise!
