what a nice experience. They have a few types of pools that cater everyone, especially the kids. The beach area is clean. The staffs are the best. The room is clean and spacious. Definately will come again.

We had an amazing family stay at Hard Rock Hotel Penang! The staff were super friendly and helpful. My daughter was so happy — she really loved the kids’ pool and the fun vibe around the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and just a few steps from the beach. Perfect for families who want a relaxing yet lively vacation. Highly recommend!

Cleanliness: The experience of a 5-star hotel, very clean and comfortable for sleeping.
Breakfast: Delicious with a wide variety of options.
Hotel Location: Close to restaurants and the beach, which is fantastic.

Despite being among the oldest hotels around Batu Feringgi, they are able to maintain their standards by providing an acceptable level of comfort, breakfast, facilities. The only lacking could be the too-pricey Sea View Rooms and activities around the hotel at night.
