We stayed at Rasa wing junior suite and everything was superb, the arrival greeting, service, high tea and cocktail were all on point. Staff were really friendly and their service are well trained. Good job shangrila and Malaysia Hospitality, overall, superb!

I truly enjoy high calibre services. It is a five-star hotel and comes with all the modern amenities. There are over a lot of rooms with private bathrooms and some luxurious suites. Rooms are both comfortable and elegant with full baths. The hotel also provides spacious and free parking where visitors could park their vehicles easily. Moreover, the entire hotel building has wireless high-speed Internet and it's free but might be insecure. All staff are very polite and the buffet as well as the scenery are pretty nice
