I’ve got a free upgrade to a room with bath tub! must say that it was truly an enjoyable staycation!

transport access: good cleanliness: good

the room is spacious. the bed is nice, firm. the hot water is nice, you can bathe in a bathtub. the hotel is cleverly reducing plastic waste, they dont put drink water bottles but instead they put a water purifier machine that works also to boil hot water to make coffee. the pool is also great, you can swim before bfast. i'm not reviewing bfast because i didn't order bfast. the cleaning service is good, everyday they change the towel even though i hang the towel to be used again. the one thing i dont like is the location, the nearest mrt is orchard or sommerset station, which is both quite far for me, about 18 mnts walking. the bus stop is about the same. but then, it depends on your purpose of staying. for me, i want to walk to the mall, go somewhere by mrt, shop a lot of things & put in the hotel, get a little nap and start going out again, so that could be a hassle if you have to go back n forth to the hotel.

This was really nice, beautiful pool

booked during off season. PROS: we arrived at the hotel around 10 am and they allowed us early check in with no additional charge. hallways smelled clean. The room was spacious with a large, netflix capable tv. bar amenities were complimentay and refilled daily. breakfast spread was good and varied daily. location was perfect since all major attractions and access to Monorail were a short walk away. Tickets to the Aquarium, universal studios, and Adventure cove were discounted when purchased from the hotel. check ina nd check out were a breeze. CONS: would have liked a bidet in the toilet, but this can just be a Filipino thing. There was also an incident in the pool, but this was another guest’s fault. nonetheless, we avoided the pool since then.
