Highly recommended tour if you want to visit all Tokyo highlights without a hassle. Even if it's my second time in Tokyo, I booked this tour. Truly enjoyed every bit of it. Our guide, Levin, is the best! He gives useful and interesting information, while being very humorous and entertaining. He also volunteers to take our photos and assists all of us in our needs. Don't miss this tour and book Levin as guide if you can!

Visiting Meiji Jingu and Harajuku was a perfect way to experience two very different sides of Tokyo in one trip. Meiji Jingu offered a serene and spiritual escape from the city, surrounded by lush greenery that made it easy to forget you were in the middle of a bustling metropolis. Walking through the shrine grounds was peaceful, and learning about its history and Shinto traditions added meaningful depth to the visit.

kyoko is a friend we glad to have in Tokyo. This is how good she is. always accommodating and having our interest at heart. kyoko answers every questions we have and make sure all the places we want to go are available by calling ahead. she even uses her own vouchers for our purchases so we can save some money. this is what someone who cares will do. she and the team even checked in and did research before our trip to ensure everything is smooth. just go to this agency and kyoko when you need a personalized tour. you will be in the right hands. thank you again kyoko and team.

We had two great Tourguides, but unfortunately we forgot their names. It was a great mixture of Sightseeing with Background information and the itself to drive around with some locals. We Had a really nice talk with each other and of course learned something about the city and the buildings. We booked the night ride and we can recommend it. We started at the Yoyogi Park at the clock tower and had a nice ride through the city trough the most famous places like Shibuya and to the Tokyo Tower etc. We ended at the Tokyo Station. And the time was perfect. It began at 17:45 till 19:45/20:00. After that we had enough time to have dinner. Our guides told us that the tour in the evening is less booked, so it often happens that there are not many people in your group. We we're two people so we had kind of a private tour, which are was really nice. Maybe the owners can write the name of the two guides, because they did a really good job. We had our evening tour at the 27th september 2025.

Our guide was incredibly sweet and accommodating, especially with our group's many delays and dietary restrictions. He was able to lead us through the very chaotic Takeshita street so we weren't too overwhelmed, though note that as a tourist spot many shopkeepers actually have decent English proficiency. If you spend some time ahead of visiting, it's definitely possible to explore the area on your own even if your Japanese is poor like ours. If we visit again, we'll likely go on our own eith a better idea of what we want to see and without time constriction.

Our tour guide was David and he was amazing!! Gave some insights and recommendations. We were lucky to see Mt. Fuji the whole trip and before we head back it started snowing which was an awesome experience.

Our tour guide Xi was nice, organised and gave good tips during the tour of where to go and what to try. His recommendations were spot on especially the egg pudding in Shiragawa. Get in early to get the original pudding to avoid disappointment. We managed to still get the coffee and custard and they were delicious! It snowed and was magical. Don't forget to wear appropriate footwear as sleet and water can get into your sneakers, otherwise we had the best day!

I got to see some cool sights around Tokyo and Levin and Marine (our guides) were fantastic. they made the tour fun and were so knowledgeable about the history of Tokyo and the places we were visiting. the matcha gelato and the JFC lunch were delicious too. would definitely recommend. I went as a solo traveller and made friends with a few other solos travellers on the tour which was a pleasant surprise.
