Perfect for travelers using the Sanyo Shinkansen. The pass covers the Sanyo Shinkansen between Shin-Osaka and Hakata. Please note: Kokura and Mojiko are already within the JR Shikoku area, and this pass cannot be used for trains below limited express. Price: Still 22,000 yen.

VERY EASY TO REDEEM! VERY EASY TO USE! AND IT WILL GET YOU FASTER TO YOUR DESTINATION! SAVES TIME THAN TAKING PLANE! didn't reserve a seat yet until the day my ticket is valid. went to station when I'm all ready. i looked for the nearest depart time when I'm already at the station and reserves my seat. you can even just go and catch the train and just seat on non served one.

We really wanted to see Motonosumi Shrine. However, the original tour that we wanted to join was already full the day that is available for us so we decided to book this tour. Little did we know that we have booked a tour with "Chinese/Japanese-speaking tour guide" even if we don't speak any of the two languages. Despite this, our tour guide, Mr. Wang, did his best to guide us using a translation app. The initial plan for the tour is we explore Mojiko on our own then ride the ferry to go to the Karato Fish market and the tour guide will meet us there. However, Mr. Wang volunteered to take us to the fish market through the van instead of the ferry so we will not be lost. We respectfully declined his offer because we wanted to experience riding the ferry. We really felt his sincere concern for us. We are very satisfied with this tour. Thank you, Mr. Wang!

We are a group from Australia, 4 adults, 2 children 7 & 9yrs. We enjoyed the luxury of having the tour to ourselves. Wow! Miki is a wonderful guide, with a lovely Australian accent. Miki is all the things we hoped for in a guide, punctual and patient, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, efficient with fantastic communication etc. Going above and beyond that, our booking coincided with a public holiday which was extremely busy (the busiest even Miki had experienced!). Miki was able to adjust the itinerary on the fly and provide us with options to bypass the crowds (as much as possible) and still have a full and fantastic experience! The line for the Shrine was rediculously long, a sight to see in and of itself! We chose to skip it (although Miki offered to work late and stay in line for us while we looked around). The side beach was beautiful, no regrets! After the tour Miki also pointed us in the direction of Hiroshima okonomiyaki (which I discovered are much yummier than Osaka style).

The room was clean, and above all, the hot spring was wonderful! The breakfast was also neat, and getting around was convenient with the Yamaguchi Bus Pass. A walk around the nearby town was also very pleasant.
