AMAZING. Love that my trainer took his own time to explain and train without complaints, he did not get frustrated at any point. everyone there was friendly and would def return when i have the chance to!

It's not exactly a professional Muay Thai lesson, which makes it more fun and enjoyable. I've done a lot of martial arts training other than Muay Thai, so it was a little bland for me, but I still had a great time with my wife. Inside, most of the people (except for about four coaches at the time) were beginners. It felt like we were just hanging out and having fun together, and thanks to the great coaching staff, we had a good time without feeling awkward.

you’re gonna be in for a super intense workout but it was so fun! the instructors were friendly so don’t be intimidated.

The staff were very accommodating and welcoming - no photography/video is allowed during the session but the head trainer takes plenty of videos and shares with you directly after the class. The instructions and directions provided were useful and the glove on glove experience was of great benefit. We will return to this gym when next in Patong
