I started my first Phuket schedule with this class. The coach is kind and teaches well.
The staff were very accommodating and welcoming - no photography/video is allowed during the session but the head trainer takes plenty of videos and shares with you directly after the class. The instructions and directions provided were useful and the glove on glove experience was of great benefit. We will return to this gym when next in Patong
