Plan your day with downloading the app, you get to see the showtime beforhand and the waiting time for each ride/ character meeting time/ spot.

A huge thank you to Mr. Kinjo. Although we booked a Japanese-speaking driver this time, Mr. Kinjo was very enthusiastic and even offered to take photos for us. After translating to the driver using a mobile phone, there were absolutely no communication barriers. Even when we returned to the car earlier than the agreed time, he was always waiting for us at the drop-off point. Very professional, awesome. We will choose Easy Travel again next time.

Our driver this time was great. At each attraction, he parked the car in a spot that was easy for us to find. Whenever we returned to the car from the sweltering outdoors, it was always cool and comfortable inside. Although the car model was a bit older, the interior was clean and tidy, and the doors opened and closed automatically, saving us the trouble of touching a scorching hot door handle. This chartered car took us from Kokusai Street all the way north, and it really made our trip worry-free. Plus, the driver's smooth driving added an extra layer of safety to the journey.

Very good value shuttle bus return service despite long duration journey of 2.5-3 hours one way! Make sure you redeem your ticket voucher at Naha Bus office inside the Naha Domestic Terminal as soon as you clear immigration!

This American Village one-day bus pass is perfect for travelers who don't drive. I departed at 9:00 AM and returned at 3:00 PM, which was plenty of time. Remember to arrive 10 minutes early at the Lea Lea bus stop (a few minutes' walk from Kencho-mae Station), show your QR Code, and the staff will verify your name and provide you with a schedule and a map of American Village (I basically just wandered around and didn't find it too difficult to navigate). The departure was also very punctual (45 minutes), and the arrival time was accurate to the second, even accounting for traffic. Japanese service is truly attentive. The driver was also amazing. Since it was raining that day, there were umbrellas on the bus. The driver thoughtfully handed umbrellas to passengers as they got off. After arriving, I went to Depot Island for breakfast. They didn't have the sea grape option, so I had bitter melon instead, which was a little bittersweet and very unique. Then I went to Aeon to browse the supermarket and Daiso, and also had a morning tea at Mr. Donut. This shop is very popular, I saw everyone buying a lot. After returning to American Village, I wandered around some more and had the taco rice that was recommended online. I ordered the basic omelet version, with a good balance of lettuce and tomato, which tasted very fresh and not too heavy. I paired it with non-alcoholic Orion beer; even if you don't drink alcohol, you can try the famous local beer. After walking around a bit more, I went to the drop-off point to wait for the return bus. We arrived back at Kencho-mae before 4:00 PM. You can plan to have dinner and stroll around Kokusai Street. If you want to travel in a relaxed and leisurely way, you can consider this plan.

The taxi fare from Naha Kokusai-dori Hotel to Moon Beach Hotel in Onna Village is quite expensive, around ¥7000, so I bought limousine bus tickets, which cost about ¥1500 for one adult and one child. I couldn't book on the official website, but I managed to book on Klook. On the first day, after getting off the plane, I inquired about paper tickets at the limousine counter in the domestic departure area of the airport. They gave me luggage tags, but no paper tickets. On the day of departure, I departed from bus stop number 11 at the Naha Bus Terminal. There were two staff members checking names and helping with luggage. The bus wasn't crowded, only about a third full, and it was a very comfortable air-conditioned bus that took us directly to the hotel entrance. It was so convenient.

The pickup point is not far from the Prefectural Office Station. They can communicate in English and also have documents with explanations in Chinese. The bicycle has three speeds. The staff asked me to add their official Line account so I could ask questions immediately if needed (I didn't use it). The bicycle has its own lock, but what bothered me was not knowing where you can't park bicycles in Okinawa, so I followed where others parked. There is a penalty for late returns. When I returned the bicycle, the staff checked it briefly and let me go.
