Great hotel and budget friendly. Just few steps away from train station. only downside is the breakfast which is the same everyday. stayed 3 nights nothing changed of added in the breakfast menu. but stay was great

The accommodation was excellent, spacious, with delicious food and many activities. Lots of restaurants and beautiful views. Breakfast at Nininupuri wasn't very diverse, but everything was delicious and the view was great. For dinner, we had shabu-shabu at Sora; the meat was tender. Service: Impressive. Hotel location: Easy to get to. About 1.5 hours by bus from the airport.

Transportation: Not far from Susukino Station. You can also walk to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Breakfast: Very plentiful. You can make your own seafood bowl in the morning. They also have Hokkaido's specialty dishes. Hotel Location: There is a 7-Eleven across the street and a Lawson next door, very convenient.

Very big hotel. The onsen is awesome. My son loves the swimming pool area. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Location is great, walkable to convenience stores, souvenir shops and other sightseeing spots. They are sharing carpark with Jigokudani Observation Deck, hence you can check in first to get the parking ticket before going to the Jigokudani.

great staff, bigger room than other same range hotels, has free coffee 3pm-11pm. they do room cleaning on your requested dates. our room got a view of the TV Tower.

Highly recommend this stylish hotel, very close to Tokyu Department Store, JR Sapporo Station, and the underground mall. I didn't book hotel breakfast this time, but the nearby cafes have great breakfasts. You can get good coffee and a simple breakfast for less than 1000 yen at places like Sarutahiko Coffee and Doutor Coffee. The complimentary alcoholic beverages can be enjoyed in the lobby for a relaxing atmosphere. It was a wonderful stay. I will definitely stay here again next time.

One of the best budget hotels my parents and I have stayed in. I always travel with my parents, who are in their late 70s, and they rated it 💯 as well. Its proximity to Tanukikoji, Odori Subway, and the Street Car was a huge plus

A trip with my parents~ "Sapporo Hotel Gracery by" After arriving at Sapporo Station, exit through the north exit and walk along the tall building in the distance, and you will arrive at the Gracery by Hotel. It's a short 7-minute walk, and thanks to the staff who are fluent in both Japanese and English at check-in, we were able to move to our room quickly. We were assigned a high floor, which made us even more satisfied with the open view. The friendly and pleasant response made us feel good. The large public bath on the 25th floor was spacious and well-maintained, so it was clean, and it was so nice to relax and unwind while steaming to end the day~ There is a lounge on the 26th floor, and it was nice to have a cold draft beer while watching the night view. On the first day, we captured the snow of Sapporo, and on the second day, we captured the memories of Sapporo. It was a short time, but the whole family was satisfied with "Sapporo Hotel Gracery by" good!!
