Fantastic 5.0
Really impressive itinerary and plenty of time in every location. Weather was a bit rainy, but it made the atmosphere iven more special. Enjoyed it a lot! Guide Han is super nice and gave plenty of information about the places we are visiting but also about Nagoya.

Jin and our bus driver were quite knowledgeable, adaptable and kind. Ensure you’re prepared for the journey as it does involve a lot of walking as per the description. We thoroughly enjoyed all the places we visited. A definite must-do if you have a free full day in Nagoya. Thank you!

One of my best moment in Japan ! I really enjoyed this day trip ! Summer, our lively guide, was very friendly and always attentive to the group. The timing and the organisation were perfect. I recommend this excursion ! Thank you also to Hito, our nice driver.

Fantastic 5.0
I had never participated in a Klook day tour before, and I was pleasantly surprised by how simple and convenient it was. Our amazing tour guide, Shu Yue (highly recommend!), provided detailed explanations and even suggested great restaurants and cafes for delicious food and drinks. I truly recommend taking this day tour, and if you're lucky enough to get Shu Yue as your guide, it's an instant bonus!

To reach Inuyama Castle, you first have to walk up an incline. The stairs to the main keep are quite narrow, but the view from the top of the keep is beautiful for taking photos. Magome-juku is an uphill slope all the way to the observation deck, so it's not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Fantastic 5.0
Our tour guide this time was a lovely, English-speaking Japanese woman. After meeting at the designated gathering point at Nagoya Station, she guided us as we took the Meitetsu line to the event venue. Since the train tickets were purchased on the spot by the guide, there is a possibility that seating might not be available. However, the guide was very friendly, dedicated, and attentive, keeping a close eye on all the travelers. Knowing that we might not understand the Japanese instructions given on-site, she thoughtfully printed out paper guides in Chinese for us to review in advance. Overall, the activity experience was quite good and very interesting.

Very interesting place if you are interested in Japanese history. it is a little bit far out and you have to plan ahead for traveling. Quite a lot of walking is required in open space and can get quite hot on a sunny day. Do check the weather and dress accordingly before you go ease of booking on Klook:easy service:good

What to know before visiting Inuyama

What draws travellers to Inuyama across the year

Inuyama’s top draws are guided Tours, followed by Museums and outdoor spots like Parks & gardens, with Theme parks present though less commonly booked. Demand rises through late winter into spring, peaking in 2025-03, then cools off toward the autumn trough in 2025-11.

Best activities by traveller type

Families often gravitate to Theme parks and Parks & gardens for relaxed, kid-friendly outings and a range of price points. Couples tend to enjoy Tours and Museum visits, which suit a more leisurely, discovery-led day together. Solo travellers and small groups will find guided Tours a good fit for meeting others and covering highlights efficiently.

What travellers from the Philippines should book ahead

With an average planning window of about nine days, most visitors to Inuyama can stay flexible and pick up activities a day or two before travel, but earlier planners typically book roughly 25 days ahead. Booking sooner matters most for travel during the peak period around 2025-03, when demand is noticeably higher.

How the categories compare on price and who they suit

Parks & gardens offer the easiest, most budget-friendly way into Inuyama’s attractions, while Tours sit at the pricier end and are the priciest typical option. Theme parks show the widest spread of prices, so they can suit both budget-conscious families and visitors after a more premium experience. Museums occupy a modest, mid-to-low price position and work well for visitors seeking culture without stretching the budget.
