Things to do in Blue Mountains

Today was a truly fulfilling day, from the sunset tour to Featherdale Wildlife Park, the Blue Mountains, and finally, the stargazing tour! 😊 The star photos taken by guide Cha Kyung-seop at night turned out so beautifully that they will surely be one of the most memorable moments of my trip. He took the time to carefully photograph each person and provided excellent explanations, making the tour comfortable and enjoyable. It was a truly satisfying tour, allowing me to experience the magnificent scenery of the Blue Mountains, a beautiful sunset, and finally, the starlit sky, all in one day. Had an incredible Blue Mountains day tour with Tom as our guide and driver. He was friendly, organised, and genuinely passionate about the area, which made every stop more meaningful. The views were stunning, the pacing was perfect, and Tom made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free — highly recommended.

Our minibus driver/tour guide was very accommodating and shared a lot of insights and fun facts about Sydney. The schedule was flexible and he moved the Three Sister to the afternoon because it was foggy in the morning. The package included tickets to the 3 main rides in Scenic World which was fun. We had enough time to go around, rest and relax. Pick-up and drop-off at the meeting point was hassle-free. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Everyone arrived at the morning meeting point about 10 minutes early, and we happily set off for Featherdale Wildlife Park. Inside the vehicle, our guide, Kim Tae-young, provided a very detailed explanation of Australian history and our itinerary for the day, making the 45-minute drive to the zoo fly by. Featherdale Wildlife Park wasn't huge, but it had a variety of truly cute animals that are native only to Australia. Our family's top pick was the small, adorable wallaby. Everyone was captivated by how they held our arms with their tiny, charming hands while eating the food we offered. We took photos and had a wonderful time. We skipped Scenic World and instead enjoyed a cup of coffee while taking family photos. In Leura Village, we cleansed our slightly queasy stomachs, which had been feeling a bit heavy from Australian food, with kimchi stew and soft tofu stew. While exploring Leura Village, my daughter found a silver necklace she liked, and we bought it with a 10% discount. Afterward, we visited two Blue Mountains photo spots, spending time freely admiring the magnificent scenery. Around 3:15 PM, we departed for downtown Sydney, arriving after about 1 hour and 40 minutes. I'd like to thank Guide Kim Tae-young once again for taking wonderful photos of each traveler posing at the Blue Mountains and for providing truly kind guidance throughout the entire trip. It was such a happy time. P.S. If you have a tumbler, it's a good idea to fill it with water before you leave. We bought a bottle of water at a store there for about $5.50, and I couldn't help but wonder if that was really necessary, haha.

We had a wonderful experience with Jimmy as our guide. He was exceptionally organised, funny and highly informative throughout the tour. We visited 4 places and they were interesting and beuatiful.His explanations were detailed and engaging, helping us appreciate the history and significance of the places we visited. Although we did not understand Korean, we were able to follow along easily using a translation app. The Blue Mountains were absolutely stunning, with breathtaking scenery at every turn. Thanks to Jimmy's excellent guidance, the trip was both enjoyable and memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend him to anyone visiting the area.

Had an amazing experience with Klook! The entire trip was very well organized, and our guide was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything really well. This is a comprehensive tour covering Blue Moutains Scenic World, wildlife, and the river cruise, and it's suitable for all ages. It was absolutely worth it! Getting to experience the Skyway, Cableway, and the steep Railway all in one go was such a blast. The railway incline is a bit of a thrill, and the views are just unbeatable. I especially loved walking along the rainforest Walkway—the air was so fresh and peaceful. If you’re lucky with the weather, seeing the Three Sisters and the entire valley from the cable car is truly breathtaking. I’d recommend you to stay at the Echo Point Lookout for the sunset! It’s a must-do if you're in the area and definitely a highlight of my trip!

We had a fantastic experience with the Blue Mountains Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Pass. The buses were punctual, easy to find, and made it incredibly convenient to explore the major attractions at our own pace. The staff and drivers were friendly, helpful, and happy to answer questions along the way. Combined with Scenic World admission, it was a hassle-free way to experience the beauty of the Blue Mountains without worrying about transport or parking. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
