Cleanliness: Only considered clean. The only issue is that the supplies provided were insufficient, and basic toiletries such as toothbrushes and combs were not proactively provided.
Service: The staff at the front desk provided normal service, but the restaurant staff seemed busy. I called them several times and waited and waited, but they didn't come back to take my order, which made me embarrassed to call them again.
Hotel Location: Perfect
Transportation Convenience: Perfect
Breakfast: Perfect, the best hotel breakfast I've had on this trip to Turkey.

the agency planned very well everything. since it was my first time using agency to travel and also with my mom, I was worried but at the end trip was well organised, as per the schedule driver picked up, flights were arranged well with meal. one thing could improve would be tour guide and more explanation about the places and locations we are going through. but all good and value for money (much convenient way to see things in short period)

Everything went exactly as described on "KLOOK." This was very impressive! If you have any issues with the airport pick-up or drop-off, proactively contact the tour operator on WhatsApp; they are very quick to respond. This was very reassuring! Overall, it was a great travel experience, and I would recommend it to my friends and family!

This was a great experience. Communication from the start of the experience was really good, and the itinerary was jam packed, but it was great to see so many things. The tour guides were very knowledgeable. I also did the hot air balloon experience and would absolutely recommend- 10/10 experience!! Overall, would recommend this tour to everyone! Thankyou!

I came to Istanbul alone and wanted to travel to the most essential places in a short period of time with the most reasonable time and cost. I used this guide program and I am very satisfied. First of all, the guide, Burak, sent me a reminder text message about the meeting place the day before, and he arrived early in the morning and was able to quickly complete the schedule. Burak is very knowledgeable about Ottoman and Roman history, and he provided rich storytelling even when moving between tour locations, and he explained everything I was curious about without hesitation. Above all, I felt his passion for his guiding work, and he carefully considered recommending food and places that would be helpful for my travel itinerary. I highly recommend Burak's guided tour!

Gettig this card was one of best decisions. it was delivered to our hotel, the transfer service made contact prior and the rest was easy peasy. Used on the trams, metro to get to some great places. Highly recommended if you want to see many parts of Istanbul in a short time.

There are other t&c that you learn once you board the cruise ship. The choices of food and drinks is limited under the package. Any other choice of drink or food outside standard menu is chargable. The standard menu is very basic and this could be made clear in offer package. It is a good experience tough, however there are sevral company that offer such packages with differnt ship size and style. I suggest to do research and then decide to get true value of your money.

Very nice experience. I deducted 1 star because of some difficulties in redeeming the voucher. The one you receive on the mobile version is not sufficient. You need 4 QR codes (2 people - 2 for the outbound and 2 for the return). But the staff on site are very friendly and helpful. As a result, you should arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes before departure. The journey takes 2 hours to get to Budukaya, which is the last island, as the boat makes all the stops. I recommend this visit because it's a change from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul and it's very pretty.
