Eiffel Tower

The Eiffel Tower (Tour Eiffel), also known as the Iron Lady, is the tallest structure in Paris, France, and one of the most iconic landmarks in the world. Each year, over 7 million people visit this tourist attraction, drawn by its breathtaking views, fascinating history, and dazzling light show of sparkling lights every evening. Constructed for the 1889 Exposition Universelle, the tower was the vision of two engineers, Maurice Koechlin and Émile Nouguier, and brought to life by designer Gustave Eiffel, whose company oversaw the construction. Built with 2.5 million rivets, it became the tallest structure in the world until surpassed by the Chrysler Building in New York in 1930. At first, critics, including the French newspaper Le Figaro, mocked the project. Some even called Eiffel a con artist. But over time, the tower grew beloved, especially after its transformation into a radio antenna hub that helped France during World War I. Today, visitors not only enjoy the aerial view of Paris but also discover restaurants, shops, museums, and even a small apartment once used by Eiffel himself.

Fantastic 5.0
Although I only bought a round trip ticket, I was able to travel with the tour guide and at least have a basic understanding of Mont Saint Michel. This includes how to allocate time for visiting and lunch, and also knowing the time and location of the shuttle bus. Mont Saint Michel is too far away from Paris, and one day is definitely not enough time to visit and appreciate the beauty of Mont Saint Michel brought by sunlight. I hope there will be round trip tickets for sale on different dates, so that it is convenient to arrange a two-day or three-day tour and stay in a hotel near the monastery.

Fantastic 5.0
The itinerary was detailed and appropriate, the information about the meeting point was clear and easy to find, and there were Chinese-speaking staff on site to repeatedly confirm the list and boarding location. After arriving at Mont Saint-Michel, the tour guide also accompanied us on the shuttle bus to the entrance and all the way to the monastery on the top of the mountain. People who don’t have time to make a plan in advance don’t have to worry. The tour guide provided and explained the historical allusions of many attractions in detail along the way, which was very worry-free. Just concentrate on taking beautiful photos. The driving time is very long, three or four hours one way, but there are also rest stops along the way, where you can go to the bathroom, and replenish water and food. It is a very relaxing and enjoyable journey.

It was a nice tour! Phoebe toured us around Paris and shared fun facts and info about the tourist attractions. She arrived early on the meet up place. She also took our photos. If you have limited time in the city, this is the best tour to join.

Fantastic 5.0
The meeting place was easy to locate. the tour started on time. Our tour guide, Elizabeth, was gave useful and interesting information about the most popular pieces of the Louvre. She was friendly to everyone. She also gave us ear pieces that’s connected to an amplifier so we could hear her well amidst noisy crowds.

Fantastic 5.0
We arrived late for our tour due to heavy traffic in Paris. Fortunately, the tour guide from City Vision quickly arranged for us to join another tour. She escorted us to the Palace of Versailles and ensured we were settled with the new guide. This location is a must-visit when in Paris, but be sure to dedicate a full day to explore its vast grounds. I recommend taking the little train within the gardens, which allows for unlimited hop-on, hop-off access (just remember to keep your ticket receipt).

Fantastic 5.0
Rate the audio guide only!! Since the reception in the Louvre isn't the best, there's no automatic location detection. This means that because you can move freely (no prescribed tour route), there's no structure, and you don't even know which room you're in (not the audio guide's problem, but the Louvre's). The room numbers aren't in the guide. But there is a "rough" way to orient yourself, through the existing naming of individual sights. Perhaps the room numbers should also be assigned to the sights (button bottom left), then orientation will be easier. The information is great and the way it's presented is entertaining and interesting!! I would still give a clear recommendation, even if it was a bit bumpy!! Gladly again!! 🥹🥹
