Booking on Klook is very convenient. Although it showed that the earliest time to choose was the next day after payment, I was able to get a massage on the same day after contacting the store via email. 120 minutes for HKD 234 is a great value for the price.

There was a lot of stuff, including oil massage, hot stone, body massage, and stretching. They ask you about the strength of the massage frequently, so it seems like you can adjust it. In my case, they gave me a pretty firm massage. I also liked the thoughtfulness of the snacks and juice after the massage. I think it's worth trying for this quality at this price!

We saw that there is herbal bath option here, which is rare after observing all the options on Klook and some physical stores in Hanoi. The price was also quite reasonable, we decided to have a herbal bath at this place before our late night train to Sapa as we just arrive Hanoi the same day. We think this is a good place for you to shower/wash up before a sleeper train or sleeper bus. The front desk guy was also really helpful and friendly. At first I was having some issue with the reservation timing on Klook but he slowly and patiently guided me through. He also offered us to dry our hair with their hair dryer after the bath. If you do not want the herbal bath option, they also have a shower option which you can book through rge physical store. Highly recommend getting a shower here before travelling.

Highly recommended. The spa contacted me a day before to confirm my appointment. The included pick up car service arrived on time. The massage itself was very good and relaxing. The tea and cookies were. nice touch. Staff was friendly and attentive. 😊

The service was super considerate. On the day when I was on my way to the SPA, there was a sudden afternoon thunderstorm. The rain came quickly and suddenly. Within about five minutes, there were many small pools of water on the road. I was riding a bicycle and was naturally soaked. After entering the store, the counter immediately took a towel to wipe me. Not long after, I walked into the second floor under the guidance of the masseur. During the process, she kept asking whether the strength needed to be adjusted. The previous questionnaire also asked customers whether they wanted to add products such as Tiger Balm to the massage. Two hours later, my treatment came to an end. With my hair half dry, the masseur took out a staff uniform and a sarong for me, and said leisurely, "Your clothes are still wet, wear my uniform and go back. I'll let you use it as a skirt." Although there were endless little dramas in my mind at the moment, after all, I had other trips to go, and it seemed inappropriate and funny to walk on the street wearing a uniform with the store name and public account, but doing this to a tourist I had never met before really made me feel surprised and grateful during this trip to Hoi An. Everyone was very kind, and I will definitely patronize it again next time I come to Hoi An. The store is also very easy to find, just next to Starbucks.

Excellent service. The therapist are very polite and hospitable. I've had terrible stiff neck and back for years after going through the full body massage it helped to relieve the pain. Pick the massage where they will stand on your back for more pressure to your back for those with more serious back pain. The welcome drink and post massage snacks were great too!

First of all, the location is excellent because it's within walking distance of Hoi An Night Market. The owner speaks Korean and explains everything thoroughly. The facilities are clean, and the massage is refreshing and great. I gave a tip of about 10% and would definitely visit again.
