Alpine Coaster at Ba Na Hills was one of the most exciting parts of my visit. The ride was fun and gave an incredible adrenaline rush while still feeling safe and well-controlled.
The controls were easy to use, so you can adjust your speed depending on how adventurous you want to be, but o though it was controlled and we had only the break that could be done manually.
We did all 3 rides. I would definitely recommend trying the Alpine Coaster if you enjoy adventure and scenic rides.

This Ba Na Hills tour absolutely exceeded all our expectations.
Our guide had impeccable timing and route planning. They took us up the mountain bright and early to beat the crowds, heading straight for the Golden Bridge first. We perfectly avoided both the heavy visitor flow and the afternoon mist, and didn’t miss a single iconic spot. We explored the French Village and Sky Garden at a totally relaxed pace — no rushed scheduling, no exhausting hurry to check off attractions. The itinerary was perfectly arranged.
The biggest pleasant surprise was the photography! Our guide offered to take photos for us at every stop, and the angles they chose were so photogenic. We didn’t have to hassle with finding good spots ourselves, and walked away with tons of great shots perfect for social media. The whole experience was smooth and totally hassle-free. Absolutely worth it for anyone visiting Ba Na Hills!

This was an amazing experience, especially with having such a lovely and funny guide as Lam (Lucky). He was very informative and a professional photographer 😉
And always made sure we understood or if we had any questions. He makes sure everyone feels apart of the group and not left out. The site is stunning and easy to walk around and definately a must see.

super rainy during wet season, please read through the map as the area is large and there are connections in covered areas instead of walking out in the open. overall clean facilities and we ate from Rosie Fried Chicken and got the free desserts from the entrance ticket! preferably to come in summer to have more visibility around the attraction. the fantasy land indoor theme park area really made the tickets worth when the weather is bad (games & attractions!

This was one of the best experiences of my Da Nang trip. The seller was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful from start to finish.
When I needed to change my schedule, they contacted the local operator directly and arranged everything for me. Replies were always fast, and they even helped with things before I asked.
It honestly felt less like dealing with a seller and more like having a personal local guide taking care of me.
The service, kindness, communication, and problem-solving were excellent. Five stars are not enough!

Our experience was amazing and breathtaking. The communication was great and easy. Directions was very clear and was able to get to location easy. We were guided to our boat and was welcomed on board with water and fresh cut fruits. They had a dance entertainer at the beginning. The river cruise was beautiful and for the 9pm fire and water breathing the boat parked perfectly with picture/video perfect views. great experience! would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you team for a great experience for our family of 4

An interesting place. An excellent dinosaur park. A bird park. Hot springs with water of varying temperatures. A good sauna. A cinema with 9D-12D. A huge area. The place is very good, but not well-promoted enough. In my opinion, this park surpasses Bana Hills.
